BREAKING NEWS! Horrific accident.

At least 15 people tragically lost their lives in a devastating accident on Thursday in Manitoba, Canada. A bus carrying elderly passengers collided with a truck at an intersection near Carberry, approximately 170 kilometers west of Winnipeg.

The bus passengers were on their way to a casino in Carberry when the accident occurred. Rob Hill, Deputy Police Officer and commander of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police in Manitoba, confirmed that “at least 15 individuals were pronounced dead as a result of the collision.”

Ten others were hospitalized with injuries. Both the bus and truck drivers survived the crash, but authorities have not yet determined who was at fault. Harrowing images from the scene depicted broken wheelchair seats and walking frames scattered near tarpaulins covering the victims.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau extended his condolences, offering support to the injured and to the families of those who lost their lives. Manitoba Premier Heather Stefanson also shared her heartfelt sympathies.

This incident is among the deadliest in Canada’s recent history. In 2018, a similar collision in Saskatchewan claimed 16 lives. These tragedies serve as stark reminders of the need for vigilance and responsibility to prevent such accidents in the future.
